Colours shown on this website
We have made every effort to ensure that the colours shown throughout the content of the website are as accurate as current technology will allow. Please be aware that discrepancies can occur depending on individual monitor settings and graphic cards.
We aim to despatch your order within 5 Days (usually sooner), but please allow up to 10 days. If there is going to be a delay with your order we will inform you as soon as we know but Please feel free to contact us at anytime to see how your order is progressing. We carry large stocks of Curtains, Blinds & Bed Linen and if your order is in stock it will be despatched on our next day service.
An email will be sent advising you that your delivery has been despatched. Most parcels are sent on a 24-72 hour service and are usually delivered between 8.30am - 5pm within 72 hours from dispatch. Parcels sent to the Channel Islands are sent Via Royal Mail or Parcel Force or DHL and can take 5 days or so. Claims for non delivery via Royal Mail cannot be processed until 15 days after dispatch but still notify us within 5 days if your item has not arrived. Linen4Less will not be held responsible for any delays regarding delivery.
Shortages and damages. Please check your goods upon receipt, even if you do not intend to use them straight away. We must be notified within 3 working days from receipt of the goods so we can investigate the problem
Non delivery of goods If your item has not arrived or delivery has not been attempted by the courier within 5 days from the date of dispatch please contact as soon as possible preferably by email. Failure to notify us may result in us not being able to claim for your loss of goods. We reccomend you notify us by email and keep a record of this correspondance.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so prior to dispatch (preferably by email) if your order has already been dispatch but not received, you can return your item after receiving the parcel, at this point please do not refuse your delivery as the charge incurred for this will be debited from your return as the cost of parcel refusal exceeds the standard cost of return

Please notify us as soon as possible if your parcel does not arrive. (Parcels sent via Royal Mail are only deemed as lost after 15 days from the dispatch date)
If you are not in to receive your goods, please follow the instructios left by the courier, to rearrange delivery or collection your item in person. If a card has not been left within 5 days please contact us and we will investigate.
An additional carriage charge may be applied to goods undelivered that are returned to Linen 4 Less
All Carriage charges will be deducted from the refund of your undelivered goods
Shipping And Handling
UK mainland shipping is between £0.00 and £3.99, (UK Mainland) to cover posting and packaging. Goods are sent weight related and smaller items will be sent Royal Mail.
There is a Small additional charge for delivery to addresses that are not in the couriers mainland charter. (Highlands and Islands) See our delivery Info page.
BFPO. We can dispatch to Most BFPO addresses subject to weight and size. Parcels are delivered via Royal Mail up to the point of handover to the MOD in the UK at the designated depot. A signiture is received at this point, after such time the parcel is the responsibility of the MOD and is no longer trackable by ourselves. Please not we cannot send longer length items such as curtain poles and blinds to BFPO addresses
Pricing and descriptions
Product descriptions, prices and promotions shown on this website should only be used as a guide and Linen 4 Less reserve the right to vary them without notice. Images are provided to help customers recognise products. All prices quoted are inclusive of value added or other taxes. All product sizes are approximate. All curtain sizes have a +/- tolerance of 1.5%. Bed linen is manufactured to standard bed sizes
Returns & Refunds
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but however, if for any reason you wish to exchange or return your goods you may do so by returning your items within 14 days from the day after receipt
When an item is ordered that includes something for FREE, the free item must also be returned, this includes shiping costs that were given free with the order and our standard shipping charge will be deducted from the refund when the order is returned to us.
Please email (preferred) or telephone for a goods returns authorisation (Returned goods will not be accepted without authorisation from Linen 4 Less).
Goods that are wanted for any reason must be returned with 14 days and goods will be refunded within 14 days from receving your items back.
Goods must be returned to us in the same condition as received
We strongly advise when returning goods that you obtain a certificate of posting in the event your goods are lost or damaged..Please note we will not refund goods that are not in original packaging, that have been washed or used or have been altered in any way.
Bedding. Due to Health & Hygiene bedding that has been fully opened and removed from its packaging will not be refunded. This includes quilts and pillows
Curtains. Must not have been hung, altered or the tapes pulled or hooks. placed in the heading tape. Any curtain that has any of the above will not be eligible for return. We would like the packaging of the goods which should be returned complete and undamaged. Reasonable care of all goods must be taken whilst in the pocession of the buyer
Curtain poles and tracks. These items are excluded from our returns policy
Towels. All towels are excluded from our returns policy
B2B (business to business) We welcome orders from trade organizations and are are happy to supply landlords, nursing homes, hotels and other retail outlets etc. Samples are available. Goods ordered in multiple quantities through our site are excluded from our domestic returns policy unless by prior arrangement.
Adequate care must be taken with all products whilst in the possesion of the buyer.
All products that are to be returned must be returned in the same condition as received complete with packaging as supplied. Where items are removed from packets extra care must be taken not to soil the item(s) and the buyer must keep the item from any such household odours this also includes pet hairs. If any of the above is not adhered to we will deem the item as used and the items in question will not be eligible for a refund
PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH ANYTHING THAT IS STICKY INCLUDING SHIPPING LABELS NOTES ETC TO THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the day after receipt
- The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless Linen 4 Less have deemed the goods faulty.
Faulted Goods. Goods that are deemed as faulted by Linen 4 Less will be replaced at the expense of us. Postage costs will be reimbursed at the lowest Royal Mail postage price at the time of posting to maximum of £4.99. Other means of returning goods is at the customers own expense and choice
We do not stipulate who to return with but do recommend that a tracked/signed for service is used

Refunds will be processed by the same method as the initial payment.

Refunds for faulted items will be processed after Linen 4 Less or the manufacturer has verified the goods as being faulted, (this may take up to 14 days but is usually sooner).
From time to time errors do get made by us and/or the manufacturers. If a product has been sent in error or a product has been incorrectly sized, please contact us where we will resolve any issues as soon as possible. Where errors occur goods must be returned to us, we dont have a collection service but we will reimmburse any reasonable return costs (please see above paragragh for returning and reimbursement costs. once the item is deemed as faulted by us. Please see above alternative return shipping methods where collections can be booked online and collected from your door. Once the item(s) are received back a replacement product will be checked and dispatched at our expense. Maximum return reimbursement cost is £4.99
Orders may be cancelled so long as they have not been dispatched by Linen 4 Less, once goods have been dispatched the goods become the responsibility of the customer and you must follow our returns procedure. We will only except cancellations via email, which will act as your proof of cancellation.
It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.

We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure. We will always try to resolve any disputes. Please be aware that no member of our staff will tolerate any form of abuse either in person, telephone or email.

Orders out of stock
Although a great deal of our online products are kept in stock some products may be temporarily out of stock or may need to be ordered in, If your item is not in stock, we will place the item on back order for you. You will always be contacted by email with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All prices include VAT at the standard rate.
Data that you share with us is only ever used for delivery purposes and our own marketing. We do not share or sell any of your information on to thrid parties in any way whatsoever.
We do not store any credit card details on our own server
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, you will be taken to our secure payment page where your payment will be processed securely by protx. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The Padlock will appear in the bottom right of your browser then you enter your credit card details.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7-day no quibble guarantee subject to our terms & conditions. All goods must be returned to us in perfect condition complete with original packaging.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Switch and Maestro, Electron, cheque or postal order and Paypal. You may send your credit card information via phone, by fax, by post to our address below or over the Internet via our secure platform. Our secure online payment system is governed by Royal Bank of Scotland’s strict code of practice, where we have to process payments under their rules and regulations. Credit/debit card orders taken via any other method than through our website may take a little longer to process as security checks will need to be done manually.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
