When I add items to my shopping cart, will it tell me if the items are in stock

Yes, when you add things to the shopping cart, it will display if the item are in stock. Having said that, errors do occur and if we can’t dispatch your order within 5 or so days we will contact you.

How are curtains packed, sold & measured?

All our ready made curtains are packed and sold in pairs unless otherwise stated. The curtains are measured as each curtain, so in a pack you will get 2 curtains at the stated size.

Delivery and Returns

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?

Yes you can add to your order, as long as the order hasn’t been sent to dispatch, but its best to contact us as soon as possible.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, orders can be placed over the phone. It does take a little longer than an online order as credit card security checks are done manually. Telephone orders can be taken between 9am – 5pm.

Can I have my order shipped to my work address?

Yes, shipping to an alternative is no problem. The option is there to do this in the shopping cart.

I don't know too much about curtains, is there someone available to give advice?

Yes, most of our staff have been with us for many years, and have a good knowledge of products and are available to give helpful impartial advice. Lines are open Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm.

What is the difference between a base or platform valance and a fitted valance sheet?

A base or platform valance as it is sometimes called goes under the mattress and hangs over the base of the bed and is purely for decor purposes, where as a fitted valance sheet fits on the mattress as a sheet would but also has the frill attached which also hangs over the base.
