Question - When I add items to my shopping cart, will it tell me if the items are in stock

Answer - No, when you add things to the shopping cart, it doesn't display if the item is in stock, having said that, if we can't despatch your order within 5 or so days we will contact you.

Question - how are curtains packed, sold & measured

Answer - all our ready made curtains are packed and sold in pairs unless otherwise stated. The curtains are measured as each curtain, so in a pack you will get 2 curtains at the stated size.

question - can I add to my order after it has been placed.

answer - Yes you can add to your order, as long as the order hasn't been sent to despatch, but its best to contact us as soon as possible.

question - can I place my order over the phone

answer - yes orders can be placed over the phone, it does take a little longer than an online order as credit card security checks are done manually. Telephone orders can be taken between 9am - 5pm

question - can I have my order shipped to my work address

answer - yes shipping to an alternative is no problem, the option is there to do this in the shopping cart.

question - I dont know too much about curtains, is there someone available to give advice

answer - yes, most of our staff have been with us for many years, and have a good knowledge of products and are available to give helpful inpartial advice Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm

question - what is the difference between a base or platform vlance and a fitted valance sheet

answer - a base or platform valance as it is sometimes called goes under the mattress and hangs over the base of the bed and is purely for decor purposes, where as a fitted valance sheet fits on the mattress as a sheet would but also has the frill attached which also hangs over the base.
